Our product development process in detail
We will work with you to define the key stages and deadlines to ensure the success of the development process.
1. Submitting your designs
Validation of initial sketches by the designer for approval before 3D modelling and production of prototypes.
2. 3D rendering
Creation of technical and realistic 3D images to visualise the final piece of jewellery before production, allowing modifications to be made.
3. 3D printing
Manufacture the model using 3D printing technology to check dimensions and design details.
4. Master design
Final prototype used to create the main mould for series production of the jewellery.
5. Creating the mould
Design and manufacture of moulds from the master design for series production of jewellery.
6. Prototype
First sample of the jewellery produced to check quality and finish before mass production.
7. Production
The production and dispatch of the order is systematically carried out by the customer.
